ONCE A ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELED! WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Policy

THERE IS A 1-3 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME! WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON THE WEEKEND FRIDAY-SUNDAY THE PROCESSING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SHIPPING DAYS!  UNLESS YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS 1-2 DAY SHIPPING. IN ORDER FOR A EXPRESS ORDER TO BE PROCESSED THE ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1PM EST TIME. SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH UNLESS YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Once the order is processed, shipping timeframe will be 5-8 days if you choose Economy, 3-4 days if you choose Standard, or 1-2 days if you choose Express.

All pieces are shipped via USPS Or UPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is in the hands of USPS OR UPS.

Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS or UPS.

REFUND POLICY

 WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING OR FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR ANY QUESTIONS/ CONCERNS. BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

ANY CUSTOMER THAT OPENS ANY DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS WILL BE BANNED FROM BEING ABLE TO SHOP AGAIN. IF THERE DOES HAPPEN TO BE A MISTAKE WITHIN YOUR ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS/ CONCERNS & WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 48-72 HOURS TO HELP TO GET IT RESOLVED.

 SALE ORDERS have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipping.

Pre-Order Policy 

All pre-order items will be labeled (Pre-Order).

Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated ship date stated in the product title and/or product description. If a date is NOT provided next to the item name, then it will ship in the standard pre order time frame 14-17 business days

 If you add in-stock item(s) & pre-order item(s) to your cart, shipment of your in-stock item(s) will be delayed until your pre-order item(s) are ready for shipping.

To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock item(s), we suggest placing 2 seperate orders - one for your pre-order item(s) & one for your in-stock item(s).

If you place an order with pre-order item(s) and in-stock item(s), your in-stock item(s), your order CAN NOT be seperated for faster delivery.
